and rimmer spazzing out when his resentment file was full, classy special effects i like the fact the special effects have gone back to being slightly rubbish. also it had the original music, that was one of the most important things!

i miss holy though, regardless of incarnation.

bit slow to start off bit not to bad.
fake audience was annoyin tho..as in how they edit it, make the laughs in wrong places at times, cutting in and out, kinda annoying..

there is no american red dwarf version SFAIK, they tried a pilot and it sucked because it wasnt british

interesting fact Terry Farrell played the cat in the american red dwarf pilot and then went on to play dax in star trek ds9.

Just had a read on wikipedia, yep no American Version.
I know the BBC reprised it a while back, they must've upped the production and failed to hit the mark.
