It's against T&C to use and buy from the US store, yet they actually make it possible.

Fucking pathetic.

I know this will irritate some but it doesnt bother me personally, i rarely buy download games, the short ones available on PSN are a bit pointless to me, thats just mho, but with them pissing off Anonymous maybe they are going to far now

I know what ya sayin' daz.
Tis silly after all said and done, i mean i can understand that they can release NA stuff first because they don't have to cater for for the euro lanaguages, but having seperate stores is just stupid, they should just have 1 big store covering all the psn, and the stuff your not allowed they can just block, it isn't rocket science.

It's just like any old online store saying you can't buy this because you live in france..

It's silly that some titles are ONLY available on the US store becuase of the language problem, it's also silly that it's against the T&C's.
It basically means that Sony could lockout either my US account or my UK account at anytime. I doubt they would, and they would have a fight on their hands - to quote A Japanese Admiral after attacking Pearl Harbor "I fear all we have done is awaken the sleeping giant!"

But if they can prevent Europeans, hell, even Canadians from accessing the USA video store, then they certainly have the means to block Europe from buying games from the North American store, the fact that they don't but make it against the T&C's means 2 things to me:
1. They acknowledge and possibly even want Europe's custom
2. They don't care that EU customers buy from the US store, but just want to cover themselves legally.

I think I was getting out of context a little, but the end result is the same:
Remember guys, it is against the terms and conditions providing false information in order to access another nations PSN Store. Breaking these T&C's can have consequences so I strongly advise you don't Store hop.
It's my right to provide false information to access the store, I haven't broken any laws in doing so, and by buying the US PSN cards, then buying from the store is also NOT against any laws. In fact I'm pretty fucking sure the US Government likes me doing this as I pay US tax TWICE which is still 10% cheaper than buying from the EU store.

But would Sony be breaking sales laws by banning my accounts? Probably.
T&C's can state that if I dont abide by them they can kill my wife and rape my dog, it doesn't make it legal though does it.

^ This. If they sorted their fucking act out and brought stuff to our store within decent time frames, we wouldn't need to (shame they locked that thread else I'd've said the same thing there).

It's not the languages that holds up the releases - it's the legalities of distribution rights in all the various countries the "EU" store covers (and don't forget it covers all the way down to New Zealand and Australia).

What they really should do is fracture the store even more...have a UK store, and a France, Germany, Italy etc store. Then they can reach each market place as and when it clears legal.

I think going in the complete opposite direction is the answer:
