Ebay would be a good option you would get the most money for it.
When you sell on there. you need at at add the bottom of your listing a sort of terms and conditions.
i.e.
This listing above offers no returns and no refunds.
The item is sold as seen, as is working at this moment, we offer no warranty or guarantee.
If the product generates any faults this is not our responsibility, and we offer no support, no refund, no exchange.
If you do not like these terms DO NOT BUY
If they open a claim you say to Paypal in the open case, read my terms and conditions on the listing
Leave it as that, and Hey presto its there own fault for buying it.
If you want a hassle free then game and so on, but i find you never get a price no where near close to ebay.
I may add tho, I am looking for a PS3 as mine has dies, (Its a repaired YLOD)
Seems to be holding but for how long is the question

i may reactivate the old Ebay account, trouble is i bought a brand new Dual Shock 3 and now i have two! i could put the semi used brand new one in with the old PS3 and say its brand new too
in the end your right in a way dave i need to stick on so many terms and conditions that they have no come back
im not giving them any other option for delievery than a courier or parcel farce too, i need something i can track
if i got more than £100 for it id be happy
