Heavy Rain Gameplay HD Video

I've uploaded 3 video's from the demo for heavy rain. Part 1 and 2 passed youtube's filter no problem. But the third has been blocked worldwide because of a copyright claim by Viacom.
As far as I can tell, Quantic Dreams own the rights to all materials, while SCEE are the publishers. Unless Viacom have VERY recently purchased quantic dream, then I can find no evidence to validify their claim.
So I've told youtube as much. Hopefully part 3 will become available, or I'll be banned.


** Edit ** While the dispute continues, youtube unlocked the video. I cant download the MP4, but it's viewable.

ive watched part 1 i will play the rest.. but i can't say its going to be something i would buy.. i dunno.. ill play the demo and see, in the morning like..but part 1 seems ok.. but its to much movie like.. and stopping for an action lol.. i duno honestly what to think of this yet.

Same here - I got bored half way through part one. If I want to watch a movie I'll put one on - I don't think the mediums can blend as much as this "game" is trying to. What do you think Daz, having actually played it?

I was intrigued by it, and it does play ok. But it's a lot of searching for clues and boredom followed by an intense fight and button mashing.
There will be a hardcore following, but one play through and it's appeal will die.
It does look very nice, and handles well, lip sync and animation is very good, but have they given it lasting appeal? I dont know.


Copyright claim:
It's still ongoing.
Basically Viacom own gametrailers.com and they think they have copyright to a game trailer, the trailer is on part 3 at the end. So it's a frivelous claim at best.
But I do have the mp4's now and will host them here if it gets pulled, and I'll also create a torrent and let people view that way.
Believe it or not, the torrent I created for the MW2 Airport Massacre is still running and still being seeded and downloaded.
