Dead Space Getting a Sequel :)

This game was awesome - one of the few I was sad to platinum because there was nothing left to do on it. It's supposed to be a trilogy, so I'm hoping the second one does well enough to warrent the third. The first had a great animated prequel film associated with it too (sold separately though).

If you like survival horror (although I don't especially) you should give this game a look. It's probably quite cheap now... Great lighting, great atmosphere, nice difficulty levels and good voice acting. And awesome zero-G and vacuum sections (when you open a door to a vacuum it sucks out all the air and goes quiet apart from your heartbeat). Oh and the HUD is incorporated really nicely into the gameplay.

Have a gander at the prequel, which describes the space station when it was populated - before Isaac turns up for the main game...
