Things in battlefield 1943 are'nt going to get much better.
Still lots and lots of lost packets.
How many times have you been kicked from a game back to the main menu?
How many times have you seen "xxx" player connected midway through a game, and see it multiple times in a row?
How many times have you locked up, forcing you to reboot?
How many times has comms worked flawlessly, only die 5 minutes later and not work again until you reboot the game?
How much effort are DICE going to put into a £10 title?
How bad is it going to be for BFBC2?
Yeah, i'm in a negative mood today.
Just seen off wave after wave of attacker from the beach, while i was defending Mount Seribachi.
Then, lost packets.
This game is rediculous in it's current state.
I have a feeling

I have to be pretty lucky then - I've only had the game lock up once on me as I meleed a fence, and that's about it. Now and then a plane lags for a second or so. I get the graphical glitches, but they're manageable.
But I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Incognito (Warhawk) need to package their netcode as middleware and flog it in the same way as Renderware and the Unreal engine. Love it or hate it, the netcode for Warhawk is fucking solid.
