So a gush of wind come in....... That moved the Blinds..... that spooked the Budgie and made it go wild.

So can ghosts appear in a well lit room or it has to be all scary dark and what not? Sounds suspect if you ask me. The first time I heard fox in my garden I thought someone was getting raped and murdered. Now I know what randy fox sounds like LOL.

I've never seen a ghost, but I do believe that there's something there.
Maybe it's a being from another dimension that's close by?
