this game has been a long time in the works and i so do hope it will rock in all aspects, graphics, playability, online etc

Yes, I never even touched Haze, the whole idea of being dependent on the nectar injection, basically forcing your brain to think you need one even if it is a game, was too twisted and drug related to me. That was pure gimmick, the whole game based on one single idea like that? Surely this would fail.

i don't know if Symonator was involved in the beta of kz2 but i don't like the what he said in that he would wait a few weeks and see what the reviews said about the game, makes me think he knows something we don't and is just being polite, nda and all that!

i want this game to succeed - the ps3 needs a killer app

mgs4 is all well and good but i think it is too niche for the masses

Sy does know something about the game, he mentioned it in a thread ages ago. I understand why he could not say anymore, like you said NDA - fair enough.

I don't see how the game could be a flop though, with the new graphics, destructable skin on almost every structure, + the random death animations, they reckon EVERYTIME you kill somebody it looks different.

Don't sound like a flop to me. I think the hype will be justified in this case.

I know someone that is a beta tester and media reviewer that has a copy of the full game now and is playing the campaign. I trust his opinion and he says it is amazing.

Again looks ok, single player is going to be good theres no two ways about that.
Multiplayer for me is not my cup of tea :read .

I have mentioned about the arena type play as u have seen from many vids i just think for ME, its not going to be a immediate buy, i will deffo like to see what the general gamers / casual gamers and Killzone fans have to say first

I don't think the game is rubbish or not worth getting though, but i'm a massive PC gamer too, so i've seen alot of this stuff before in 1 game r another... but for ps3 is "revolutionary" (spelling?)
