PixelJunk: Sidescroller

It looks like the team behind the excellent pixeljunk shooter is back, and this time it's an old fashioned sidescroller!

Ah I miss the das of Pop 'n' twinbee and parodius, maybe this will take me back to those halcyon days? If not there's always illicit drugs. But thats a different era.

Yeah, I like the look of this. Looks hard as fuck, but this genre seems to have been lost to gaming history which is a shame. I hold out hope for an HD re-release of R-Type Final, but until then, this will have to do (especially as they have the awesome fluid dynamics from Shooter back in).
