Since Windows 95 (17 years ago FFS) I've always had my icons on the left side of my screen. Today they're at the top.
This being a 1080p TV there's more space for my icons, and instead of having 2 vertical lines, I have one partial horizontal line.
I've also increased the size to large icons and they look so much better.
I like it, but it does feel a little strange after all this time.

I don't use icons at all. Everything I need is either in Steam or a click of the internet, which are shown at the bottom. Anything else can easily been accessed from the start menu for me.
