Shopto Postage Pictures Fake......

Well i always thought they where legit, and a good reassurance to the customers.

until my Black Ops 2 was posted out that is.

A Email was sent to me, telling me the item had been dispatched.
So expecting it for delivery today.

The picture they sent me, Showed the Label and my Work Address (Delivery Address)
Perfect

End of the day come today, And i called up the Courier and said there has been no delivery.
Give them my tracking code and they said there was no answer.

I said hmmmmmm thats impossible, we open 8am - 6pm and there is always someone here, we have an account with you so i dont see how its missed?

He said the Address is:

"Read my home address out"

I was like Oh okay, and got him to change the address.

Questining myself i went back onto my Emails and looked at the Picture sent by Shopto
And i can Confirm for 100% the label is my work address.......


Hmmmmmmm how is that possible i ask myself!!

so you're saying that Shopto sent a picture proving it had been picked and packed, they even provided a tracking code, but the shipping agent has no record?

Might be a problem with who ever is meant to be delivering it. It doesn't mean shopto haven't sent it.

They have sent it.

Picture shows the packed up parcel with the tracking code (Allthough too low res to make out tracking code)

Picture shows my Work Address. The address it should be getting delivered to.

But some how, its been delivered to my home address???
How when they sent me a picture showing its being delivered to my work address.

Auto generated picture anyone got pictures from Shopto?

Waiting to hear a response from them, and waiting for my parcel so i can take a picture.
