Have you killed the UR dragon yet? If not, go offline and kill it a few times for some good weapons and to get all your shit dragon forged...

I got myself there all kitted out for it,
Saved the game and come back to it like 4 days later, and it said the dragon had been killed (In online mode lol)
So i just left it for the moment, Will go back and try it offline, online is impossible

I have about a 20 of them rings and so on that double your experience too

If you start NG+, there is a warpstone on the beach at your starting village you can use to fight the UR dragon. But everything else resets (except your char).
