According to a post on Facebook a patch has been released which has fixed comms.....

to late, same as bfbc1 people left it.
Even i don't play bf3 anymore rofl.

Voip is fundamental, but everyone (almost) i know, hardly ever play it now.

Well its official it does work! Made a helluva difference, I joined a group of guys I used to play with 4 people chatting and it worked a treat and with 4 people communicating properly it played well too. I just wish they could have fixed the broken squads too.

I've developed a different problem with BF3. I get sore eyes after just an hour of playing it because I cant see shit. Yesterday it was even worse because of Hardcore. I would happily spot and shoot red triangles but with HC and 576p it is not even an option.

are you running lower res because your recording?

the only thing that irritates my eyes still are the damn lasers, flashlights and static effects of the menus

id really like us to get a group of four of us on one night. we could wreak some havoc, especially if we video it?
