A little question, This Sinning thing i dont understand
I paid 29,000 last time to clear my Sins

What is this all about.......... If i have sinned alot what impact does it have on the game

And if i have not sinned at all what does this mean?

And how do you Sin? is it from Killing Friendly people etc?
Or invaders etc etc,

Is it basicly a revamped way of Demon Souls White Tendency and Black Tendency thingy
Many ways to sin, killing certain "good" bosses since a couple are optional.

Killing npc's like patches or a merchant or some other form of npc.

Joining covenants and leaving them (not all but some)

Invading people, if they use book on indictment (which is also a book u can buy from that guy) they report u as a sinner.

If u don't sin then u don't get invaded by a spirt of vengeance (blue).

If u sin alot u get further up in the book of guilty and will be invaded more and more..

thats all i know so far...go and buy those books and have alook at them.

Fuck that - can't say I'm surprised a designer on the game is playing it. In fact, I would be disappointed if they weren't...

What concerns me more is you sitting on 2.8 million souls. WTF you like lol? I thought losing 10 humanity was bad enough, but I'd near enough cry if I lost all that.

Yer its pretty easy to rack up,
I done the last 3 levels and went back on alot of stuff and racked up 350 - 400

Suppose when you refuse to rank up any more it racks up quick,

Anyway i lost it all on the Crystal Dragon,

You die on the spot and then warped to a new area of the level,
I lost all me souls and 23 humanity

Oh yeah - I did Smeath the Scaleless yesterday... That first fight you're supposed to lose sucks. I also lost about 200k all in on the fucking invisible paths in the cave, and trying to get the blue slab.

Where do you buy those rings? I have 3 I've looted, but that ain't gonna go far. I'd probably find it more profitable to wear those instead of my serpent ring...

P.S: Dave, remember to re-visit that room when you've killed the dragon (not before as he will still be there). There's a large magic ember in there ;)

yeah thats it states, from the bell tower guy.

I only have nito and lord gwyn left on my 2nd playthrough but i don't think i am in a rush for ng++ - gunna farm blue chunks and shards from the final boss area, and just go from area to area helping with co-op - which sometimes works, mostly doesn't lol.

Spacemarine co-op this week too.. 25th so...

Also something i found usefull,
Them stones you guy from the Swamp woman,
Homebone or something, they return you to the Last camp fire,

I have used them a fair bit when i about to die, and i always make it back,
beats waisting a Ring or chance loosing everything,

Yeah i just lost 120,000 and 23 humanity to that too lol.
I didn't put my ring on cuz i got invaded previously whilst farming those golems, so i put on fog ring and steel protection, seems u can get invaded in that area if ya beat the boss or not.

After about 7 farming runs so far i've got 5 chunks, so the drop rate is ok - wearing serpent ring and 2 humanity stored in health bar = drop rate/discovery 325 i think.

My new favourite humanity farming zone is in there too... I have about 30 of the buggers now, plus you get about 5.5k souls per run as well.

Fuck there is a lot of activity at level 100+ in New Londo Ruins. And a load of cunts happy to invade. I mean, really? As if the a-hole ghosts a dark wraiths weren't bad enough, griefers gotta grief there too?

I was enjoying it at first. Especially when tits invade with some gay 2-handed weapon that does me for like 10% health. I sparred with one guy for ages using my fire longsword +5. But in the end just went "fuck this" and slapped him with homing crystals for a one-shot kill lmao.

But I've got about 150k of souls sitting in the Abyss and keep chewing through rings of sacrifice to try and get back to them, because I have found a shortcut of sorts, but it drops me into the bit by the secret door and I get ganked by about 5 dark wraiths. So probably not an ideal shortcut after all. It is short though :)

No i know your Shortcut and you can do it :D
I figured this one out,

If you Drop Down, Stand Still and let that First guy come and attack you!!
DO NOT MOVE FORWARD WHEN FIGHTING

Once you have Killed him! RUN to the bosses Gate!! dont stop to fight, Breathe, Or look around, If you Run and go through the Fog your Safe :D

I done it 3 times.
Took me a few attempts to figure it out, Just run for you life!!
You may get hit a couple of times, Dont stop just RUN

"Just to Confirm"
You are talking about, after you have dropped the water,
From the start you cross the bridge, After the bridge you head to the far right hand side,
and then drop onto a Tiny Ledge and drop down again (To reduce Fall Damage) and your in like some shallow water?
