All of them say SP is shit but MP is amazing therefore 9.5. Well SP has to be 9.0 and MP 10.0 to make 9.5, doubt any one of them knows how to use calculator LOL.

There are some epic missions that stick into your head from both BC1 and BC2. They say there are few of those in BF3 too, but CoD4 is the king of SP for a reason, every fucking mission there was epic.

Actually I had a suggestion for a piece of SP that of course no one listened to (doubt it is in the SP even though I haven't played it)

Imagine you are chased by a bunch of bad guys and you have no weapon, you run in this room and can barricade the door. You look around the room and you see a couple of dead guys and 2 AKs on the floor. One has barrel bent, the other one has no receiver.

The bad guys are behind the door kicking it in. You have not much time or choice but to make 1 workable rifle out of them 2. So under pressure you take them both apart and assemble a working one. And as you attach magazine to it and cock it the door gives and the bad guys rush into the room.

Would have been epic moment.

also Game trailers say single player is 5 hours, CVG say 8 hours, in the end only you decide how long it is, do you mow through it in one day or do you play 1 mission every evening? i like the latter, stretches it out

also if you crank up the difficulty you will die lots

just my opinion but i think that web based only game launching thing on PC is wank, another reason i think console gaming is better imho

Oh, I dunno... I guess I missed the memo stating that "Big Fail 3" was a term of endearment.

You are all so kind talking about this piece of shit, and thats fine. I on the other hand sent lots of tweets and made many forum posts about obvious problems how to solve them and also got myself banned and blocked in the process

There are way too many things that should have been fixed but didn't like not being able to simply save your desired weapon set up into a slot and load it with one click instead of having to go through customisation menu every fucking time (which is even more complicated than BC2s) or inclusion of flashlights and knife animation, which neither you or your victim can even see in first person anyway.

Trying to pick all the faults in this game and what could have been done to avoid and improve it makes me extremely angry. I let it go with BC2 because overall it was an improvement on BC1, but this piece of shit is a step backwards. My prediction, people will abandon it just like with games like KZ3 after awhile and then the community will get split not just between many useless modes in the game but between the 3 games as well, BC1 BC2 and BF3.

I will not buying it, not even for the Caspian Border. The game with all its numerous customisations feels like a chore rather than fun. Sorry DICE I have enough chores in my life already.

I'm not going through another year of pain because this game is so fucked up and unballanced it will take a year (knowing DICE's pace) to fix. I might look at it in 6 months and decide then. At the moment it is a definite NO for me. Glad you liked it Chris.

PS3 is ust blurry wishy-washy piece of shit. TBH even soldiers blend in on PC much better and on PS3 they just look out of place against background.

I think BC2 graphics look better than BF3 for sure and I will go as far as to say I prefer BC1 graphics over BF3 as well.

If they start catering for the lowest denominator, which looks like they do now, then I predict massive fail. Ok the marketing will get them numbers for the launch but I cannot see this game lasting like BF2 or even BC1.

Right, if anyone is interested (probably not) I've read through many many forum posts on EA and battlelog and came to the following conclusion: People who are very happy with where BF3 is going are mostly people with low or negative K/D (from BC2) people that have never played any BF games, people who like Nelson Bay, people who prefer infantry to vehicles in general, people that like to camp and snipe.

I take my words back, BF3 will probably be fun for awhile if they won't fix all the bugs....

Have I pre-orderd Big Fail 3?
