LOL WUT? how can you be ashamed of a game that so many people love? its one of the best games i have ever owned, hands down, thats in the same vein as Super Mario Kart, Tie Fighter, Doom 2, Colony Wars, Vice City, Star Wars Battlefront 2.

Why would a company dish there own work.........
To make it look like all the issues with that game and the BETA have been resolved in the new game and make it 100000x better.

Everything i a load of shit to be honest.

Game industry's have demonstrated this over the years.


Promote a game by any means of publicity,
Two ways of doing this.
1. Spend as much on Advertising, Lots of Public Reviews, Talks from the developers, DEMOS and BETAS.
2. the Opposite, A highly anticipated game: COD3462623 what ever its called.
Put it under lock and hammer, No Media involvement, Little speakership, no BETA or Demo, no advertisement. Just a tiny bit of info to keep the Public eager for more and security a game is coming.
And when a little bit of news is released its spread around the net like a virus.


Promise Users Content, Updates, Big Fixes

They will say anything to make you buy that Disc, Once its bought, they dont give a shit no more.
They have there money, Job Done, Mission accomplished.
The only way they loose money is if they invest in a expansion pack.

Look at BFBC1, How long did it take for a patch to iron out major glitches and bugs.


The Outcome is, Developers will say ANYTHING and Promise ANYTHING to make that game Sell.
If it Bullshit or what, they want Sales.

BF3, Server Selector, I bet it don't exist in the game, Developers leak a little information out, Unoffical source, it spreads round the net, and Boom more people will buy it on suspect they can select there local servers an cut out alot of lag!

Patrick Bach was the one promoting Squad Death Match, said it was a lot of fun. 1 or 0 light tanks on a small map + a bunch of COD campers? I didn't trust a word that came out of his mouth after that. Maybe he is the one that CODyfied the franchise?
