20 minutes? That's fast. I found 2 games in about 3 hours of leaving it searching. I just check forums and work on my iPhone app while I wait. But once you're in a game you can stay in as long as you want. The host migration seems pretty good, and by and large the game is lag free.

But it's going to be like all these games - they obviously have tight restrictions on hosts, and to fix it they'll reduce the restrictions. Wait time goes down, lag goes up. Same ol' same ol'.

The devs are working on it as a matter of priority. But this sort of problem is a bitch to debug and fix.

Two things you can do to mitigate that...

1) Create a private domination match and capture all the points. You can farm XP to unlock stuff, but it's tedious.

2) If someone kills you when you are in a game, press square (I think) to steal their loadout for the next spawn.

I'm also trying get people together to make private matches as they work fine and you can progress ranks and unlocks in them too.

thats good stuff if you arrange a private match let me know, sy has stated an interest in it but i suggested he wait til the matchmaking is fixed, if we can get a big enough party for private then yay!

i enjoyed tonights little battle, covered one anothers backs a few times too!

But yeah - good game. Shocked to see you kicked though... That's never happened to me in over 20 ranks.

I added a guy last night who apparently always has a game on the go, so hopefully tonight we can get some serious chaos stomping in.

Matchmaking on PS3: Update 9/9 5:25pm
Our team has isolated the issue and has a patch in with our QA team to verify the matchmaking issue is resolved. Again we are working as fast as we can to resolve the problem. Keep in mind you are still able to join matchmaking games in the meantime, but the wait times can exceed over 35minutes.

I was pleased to see Sy get involved last night was good fun if a little limiting because it was uneven teams, i never like fragging fellow mess hallers work as a team

Sy and I had a great 2v2 against the other guys after you left. Fuck me it was close, and it literally came down to the last ruck of the game when both pairs charged each other.

We lost by 1 kill.

Daz - it's alright actually - i quite like it, the mp is broke though because they need to patch matchmaking - but i'm not going to complain since i bought it knowing the problem was already there.

But me n states did have quite laugh on the private games last night along with pud.. my pink armour rocks
