Driver San Francisco Demo - thoughts.

Handling is nasty, car doesn't even want to turn properly.

i'm not a great fan of top down shooters, cheap and cheerful i guess, nothing wrong with it really just not my cup of tea

i'm just bored of the whole thing at the moment

I thought it was awesome. I played the demo through twice as both available classes, then was well pissed off when I went to buy it and the fucking store is closed for maintenance. Pffft

But then I love WH40k and I love arena shooters. Shame it has no online though...

I thought the Driver demo was ok. Car handling took some getting used to (i.e. using brake for sharp turns, not handbrake). And I thought the main character models looked and animated great. However the city graphics look to "clean" and everything is washed out. I looked for a brightness option to turn down, but there isn't one.

Not sure I'd buy it. Certainly not at full whack, anyway.
