Wipeout Fusion Soundtrack has some amazing breaks.
Was great at the time, a tad dated now.

Corny as it may be, I loved the original Gran Turismo on ps1 theme - Chems mix of Manic Street Preachers Everything Must Go.
A few others within the game itself were quite ok too.

Not the best, maybe the most irritating though it stuck in my mind for months FFIV. Clarinet anyone?
