They have several ferries to the Isle of white every day, and there is a massive sorting office in southampton. Deliveries should take no more than 2 days max.
I think play are in the habbit of marking as dispatched but clearly aren't getting them out for at least 2-3 days, then blaming the royal mail due to their location.

if shopto, game, simplygames can get them to me in 24 hours or 2 days MAX... i don't see why play can't... it's always the same for play...always late.. already a week and you got no delivery, it's not coincidence they are late again pud.

The fact is play are no longer a top form on deliveries, they slack far behind everyone else.
I don't like play anymore, forever late with shit.
