PMSL Activision have effectively "run to teacher" the piss ants. Check out the attached complaint form. The first half sounds like pointless bragging, but then the case takes shape in the second half.

Hopefully this is not a final ruling, although it sounds like it is. I like the idea of them being told to sod off: they should have thought to buy the domain yonks ago, and there's no point crying now...

haha they'll prolly win due to the fact the domain was registered illegally with fake information, registrar can even remove the name - never to be sold again.

It's too late though - the damage has been well and truly done and legal action only propagates how long the story will live in our memories. Activision really is run by tossers that can see the mighty $ and only the mighty $. Like some star struck deer led blindly onto the motorway while following a star.
