Just tried the demo off the store, not knowing anything about it or expecting much...

Just bought it (£6 something with PS+).

Fuck sake. I wish people would stop making quality games this year. It's a fucking recession people! And I haven't got the time or the money...

It's an old school platformer very much in the mould of Prince of Persia (the original), but with a Patapon graphical style (but darker - as in more sinister). There's also an Ikaruga twist (click if you don't know what that means) later on. It has online co-op too.

It's made by HouseMarque (Super Stardust HD/Dead Nation - two of my top PSN games. Super Stardust probably is my top PSN game), and as soon as I saw that splash screen I thought "oh no, here we go"...

Fuck's sake people - go back to making the shite you're normally happy to churn out...

I had a look at the demo and I was initally impressed, its pretty damned smooth animation, and the puzzles are quite good.

But I did get bored after about 20 minutes. It looks nice and plays nice but it wasn't challenging enough and didn't hold my attention.

I like the old school platform games, like mario 3, lots to do and think about.

But thats me.

LOL oh, it gets challenging. Especially when it starts bringing in the Ikaruga gameplay more. But if the demo bored you I guess there's no point extending it :)
