I'm interested depending on the price. I play my PSP loads, and if it's cross-compatible with PS3 (including trophies) that's a win. However, if it's download only that might put me off a bit.
The real deal-sealer for me will be if there's a new Monster Hunter released on it (which is likely given the size of the Japanese handheld market). Backwards compatibility with PSP would be a big plus too.
