MOTION SENSORS: Im sure we can all agree on this, I hope there is no single form of motion sensors in BF3, These little balls truely as the scum of the earth.

SPOTTING SYSTEM: unless its really overhauled, i hope this isnt in BF3, i dont believe in pushing 1 button to tell everyone on your team where this poor sod is without him even being aware, i dont think the spot system should be in the game atall, at the most, if it was to be in the game, my perfect spot system would be that it only shows them to team members if they are in line of sight, and that it would alert them that they have been spotted(much like the parrot from Homefront, you know that gawdawful game)

DUST: This game has too much of it, not just normal dust, but that cheap snow effect on maps like whitepass, its very annoying and visually it does not add to the game, White pass VS Nelson bay prove this.

DULL FILTERS: colour wise this game is so ugly :< i hope BF3 goes back to the colourful games, Oasis comparisons show what i mean, BC1 looks all warm and desert like, i could go on holiday there if it wasnt for the tanks! then you have BC2s which is just drab and cold looking, yucky. Same goes for Vehicle POVs, the T90, abrams and Havoc suffer from this worst.

HELI DOGFIGHTS: No I don't mean get rid of heli vs heli combat, it just needs major fixing, currently the Dogfights are decided by the Gunner, which is just wrong, wrong wrong wrong! its like having the gunner of a tank decide who wins! Dogfights should primarily be the pilots job. ATM as a pilot during things like clan matches(oh noes i mentioned GB dont hate!) the dogfights at the start will take place KM's away from each other, with the gunner hoping to get a lucky burst in, so yeah, dogfights need a major overhall. Since BF3 is a new game for that matter, i hope the helicopters in general get a massive change. Going from a hero on BC1 to a "atacama choppa ho nub" is.... ugh.

CLUNKY!: BC2's movement is yucky! Your char moves about so laggy, u stop moving he drifts a bit, walking up stairs is halirious lagging through them. Basicly solid stuctures in this game feel like they are made of sponge and climbing things is just as bad. I might get hate for this, but the char movement should be more like CoD. Instead of doing a 1m jump to get over a bump, there should be a "A to climb" button like CoD, its much smoother! While we are on the subject of CoD, the sprint should move like CoD, by that i mean in this game when you are sprinting, its sprint forward only whereas on CoD when you sprint, you can strafe left/right slightly allowing you to look maybe 30degrees each direction while sprinting, it gives a much better feeling of freedom.

INFINITE AMMO: Doo nut want! i think bases should be equipped with ammo reloading/repair stations(like the repair station on 1943) for vehicles to retreat too to resupply, the infinite ammo isnt that huge a problem, infact its not really a problem but i just feel that limited ammo would be much more interesting.

Heli's : up for alot of debate tbh, especially without knowing what they will be like in BF3, say they are the same as this game then IMO
80 rockets(10 volleys) and
250 bullets for the gunner.

"KILLER CAM": I know, Im seeming like a CoD fanboy with all these references right? But TBH the "killer cam" in this game, Dunt liek. All it does is give you their position away to much, infact it gives you afterdeath intelligence on what they are doing! it, unlike a CoD killcam is actually lame! Not only that, but id rather see how i died, rather than what my killer is doing with his freetime. It would still function the same way, snipers positions would not be given away entirely, but it would give you an idea where they are and lets be honest, im sure there is some pretty epic kills you would like to have seen.
couple of days ago an AoW 120'd me in the heli, i was infront of the US base, we has 2 yards outside the Russian base. Looking at the front of a tank just cant compare to seeing the shot fly through the sky!

SPAWNS: Main issues are, superfast spawns vehicle wise, and spawn protection.
Vehicle related, everything in this game respawns way too fast, in a heli kill the AA gun, it respawns 10sec later and kills you and then u get in the heli cause it spawns 10sec later, Removes alot of consequence to losing vehicles.
Spawn protection, Sure they can have it in thier base, give them a second or 2 do fire off a rocket or something to spawnkillers but when someone spawns off a guy that you had an upper hand on and is invincible(leading to your death), thats just wrong. Same applies to Reviving people.
Just before i quit playing today i snuck up on a guy and kinda failed, blew 6shells from my USAS12 into him, but as he died a guy spawned on him and what do u know, my knife dosent nothing and then he knifed me.
TBH i dont think you should be able to spawn on someone if they are midcombat, IE having took damage within 5sec or have an enemy within 10m.(I guess the 10m thing could sorta be abused to tell ur team mate there is someone near them)

REVIVING: Its too fast, too powerful. Most GB matches revolve around "medic training" which is a horrible, yet neccessary tactic. I dont think reviving should be removed, i just think it should be a timely thing, like 5sec hold to revive the person(with cool FarCry2-esk animations). I do think for the 5sec revive that the reward for it should be up(i.e. 100 instead of 50 in BC2)

BURST FIRE VEHICLES: I just dont think it works, BC1 IFVs had a better system than BC2s imo. Have you noticed even if u were to kill the guy in the first shot, you just continue shooting till u have emptied the burst? even with the reload button(which still dosent work on pilot seats) you will still fire the whole clip. I want the old overheating system back, that might just be me. But for the heli its a definite thing! dont like this fire 8missles system, its more noobfriendly, BC1 had like a mini micromanage thing with its missles. And boy would i like to see some decent gunner having to manage how much they shoot instead of "oop red triangle pull trigger till it disappears"

ANTI SOCIAL GAME: I hope BF3 ditches the only talk to your squad thing, 12 people being able to talk to each other is so much better. People would actually talk on the game if that were the case! sure you would have those irritating kids, so what? mute em!(with a CoD mute function lolxD) Just wanna talk to your squad(PS3 folk i guess) then you could make simply switch to squad chat.
Another thing is Lobbies, instead of looking at a loading screen waiting for the game to start, there should be a mid round Lobby system. This would work perfectly. as it is now, at the end of a game if someone wants to leave, they must wait till the game loads then leave at the start of a round. A lobby would give them time to leave, and give the game a chance to fill the lobby up before it starts making it an even fight from the beginning. it would also give you that golden chance to talk, TO THE ENEMIES! imagine just beating down on a squad of 4 clan guys, and then getting to really rub it in once the round ends, or hear their hate. it would be awesome.

TRACER DARTS: Back to BC1 please, atm its tag, without flares you are 95% screwed, the rockets are far to difficult to dodge, for the blawk its a FORCED perk(defeats the point of perks).
In BC1 good people could dodge them, but if the enemy team wanted it enough, they could be overwhelmed by the rockets.

Thats all i can think of the now, i can understand you not reading all of this, its my first real wall of text but i will be bumping this thread like a lalalala this took me ages to think of this stuff

Sensor Balls:
Absolutely essential to attacking and defending if used correctly.
I want.

Spotting system:
Spots go to your squad only and not the entire team: Good idea, especially if you are given a warning that you've been spotted, at least you can react. Though with 12 players on the opposing team all spotting you at once... could get a bit annoying, might also lead to camping.

Dust:
looks nice on paper, and adds realism to a scenario, makes playing a pain: Leave it in.

Infinite Ammo:
I like self serving ammo crates, I dont know why it was removed from bad company 1.
although I like the idea of tanks and heli's having to re-supply at the home base - or last bas taken (gold rush/rush).

Clunky Movement:
this is down to one thing and one thing only... LAG!
Fix it once and for all by allowing console owners to rent their own servers. When it's lagg free, Battlefield is a damned hard game to beat.

Kill Cam:
works for me, and it also prevents camping, it makes the killer realise that you probably know where they are and move.

Spawning:
This game IS in dire need of spawn armour.
5 Seconds at home base, 2 seconds on a squad spawn - or until you start shooting, whichever comes first.

reviving:
It's not broke so don't fix it. There is already a delay in place from reviving one to reviving another.

Anti-Social game:
I like the mid-round lobby, it gives people chance to leave before the loading for the next finishes.
I don't like the idea of a team of 12 (or more) players all shouting at everyone else. Have a button to enable talking to the entire team and leave squad talk as is.

Tracer Darts:
Leave well enough alone.

well here is my thoughts on those subjects:

Sensor Balls:

Absolutely must go, or at least only allow them if snipers can not use shotguns/g3's or other weapons because infantry games are just beep beep and they wait for you to come round the corner with a one shot kill shotty.

Spotting system:

Currently 3d spoting is lame, it's like having a wallhack and showing everyone where you are...if you spot someone, it should appear only on the minimap and not a triangle above your head.

Dust:

Not really fussed.

Infinite Ammo:

Bring back the ammo crates, or allow a squad leader to request a drop in supply crate, similar to bf2 on pc.

Clunky Movement:

I thought the movement was much improved from bc1, but any improvement is well and improvement lol.

Kill Cam:

Hate it... i'd rather have a kill cam as in how u were killed (like cod) rather than a killer cam and see where and what the person is doing for 4 seconds.

Spawning:

The problem here and it is abig reason why spawn raping continues on atacama is you cannot half the time help at flags because the god damn aa is trying to shoot you down from one end of the map to the other, you kill said aa, to return 9 seconds later because it's shooting you, if it didn't spawn so often heli's wouldn't be in the base all the time taking the threat out, the same goes for helis and tanks, there is no sense of loss here, if you lose a vehicle.. it repawns a few sseconds later, no big deal.. they need to change the times so things that get shot down or taken out are a loss to the team for a short while.

As spawning, randomise them, i know every spawn location on every map and could spawn trap instantly.

reviving:

It's not broke so don't fix it.

Anti-Social game:

Like the squads currently, extend to proximity chat too, forget lobbies fuck that.

Tracer Darts:

Well you might aswell forget the tracers, in bfbc2 your just as quick firing a gustav, taggin only really helps if the others are aware how it all works.

fraid i have to disagree with the spot thing, i love it, if lets say i see a guy infiltrating the base and he is too far away to intercept at least if i call him out someone else has a chance to do it

i suppose its only like radioing in a position?

its funny seeing snipers getting lit the fuck up by everyone on a team though :D
An explosion now and then is nice. Keeps the mind sharp,

In all fairness to all the points above, even if unchanged, are not gamebreakers and wouldn't change my mind about BF3.
