The silver lining of a 7 hour flight is getting to watch some cool films. These 3 are ones I checked which I think are worth a watch if you get the chance or haven't already...

(In order of preference)

Unstoppable
A Tony Scott film (so I may be slightly biased :) ) based on a true story of a runaway train. Stars good ol' Denzel Washington.

Red
An action comedy about retired agents being forced to kick ass one more time. If you ever wanted to see Helen Mirren letting loose with a mounted MG, this is your fella.

Fair Game
Another one based on a true story - this time of a CIA agent made a scapegoat by the White House for shady reasons for invading Iraq. Has Naomi Watts in it, who is hot (and a very old looking Sean Penn, just to offset the hotness).

Unstoppable is a great film, even better in 1080p and with the 5.1 cranked up to theatre levels!
Red I thought was naff, Bruce Willis just doesn't do humour like Die Hard. Although Helen Mirren did make me laugh.
Fair Game I liked too, and thanks to people like these we know that we went into Iraq for reasons different than to clear out WMD's.
Good ending too.

Yeah, Helen Mirren and a paranoid John Malcevic (SIC) made Red enjoyable for me.

It did have some stand out moments, the shootout in the container yard, JM - I forgot about him, yeah he was his usual brilliant self. His fake house was funny.
But overall for me it just failed, good premise, just poor execution from Bruce Willis. Everyone else was great, just not him.
