The Two points he made! are there in my mind and something i already had plans to do so!

Believe in pretty much one Rule! Trails!!
Of course you get people who abuse the system!! but thats part of life! you always come across them!!
I think if Apple done what Google have done Piracy would not be a big thing!!
Look at Google, its very easy to download a Pirated game and get it installed.
But there is no really program like Instalus that do it all for you!
And piracy aint as big as Apple, (And there are more Android Handsets than Apple)

Trail!! Google Let you buy an App, and you have 15 - 30 Minutes to delete it off your handset (Uninstal it) to be issued a Refund)

How many times do people waist money buying crap of the apple store! i used to all the time!!!
Anyway i come across installus and i use it quite alot!!
Blaa ill hold my hands up to it! But i support the developers in every step!
I download a App or Game, i play it, If after a while i love it and get into it, i am more than happy to pay for it off the app store!
It supports the developer and helps in future updates and more levels, and even a series of games for it, 2,3,4 etc
the Downloaded content i fort was a very good idea!

But Bottom line is!!
Apple should follow Googles refund policy!!
i think it would reduce the piracy massively!!!
