The abilty to upload locked game saves to sony and download at will if you ever have any save issue or ylod.. great idea.. but is it just rumor?

It's a must IMO - locking any file to any machine is a bad idea. Whether it's a game save file and a console, or an MI-5 register. Machines fail.
