this video has polarised a lot of users on the car owners club im in you either fall into two categories
1)you think the woman shouldnt have bothered going out if she didnt have the common sense to know how to drive in the snow, it doesnt take much to know how to drive in snowey or icy conditions
2)you think the person who filmed it is a cunt for not helping

my opinion? the daft bitch got herself into a situation that shouldnt have happened, i wouldnt have helped her out because its something you can easily deal with, winter driving is NOT HARD

FR isnt the problem though dave i know a lad with a Bimmer and he gets around fine
its the proper application of throttle and gear control! AKA take it fucking easy! :XD
Totally agree!!
But if she struggles like so, i think her best solution if a Front wheel drive.
Being pulled is easier in the snow that being pushed!
And from what i seen!!! She needs all the help you can get ROFL!!!!

I posted a reply, where has it gone.
"I Totally agree with you"
But it is easier to be Pulled than it is to Push in the snow
And by the looks of it, this woman needs all the help she can possibly get!! LOL

1. Do you realise that maybe people cant drive in snow these days is because for the past 20 years it hasn't been a big issue?
I learned early on from my dad HOW to drive in snow, and because of that teaching I have NEVER had to abandon my car.
2. I would have let her struggle for a bit, then I would have probably made her get into the passenger seat, then shown her how to drive, giving her instructions along the way.
3. Is that an X3 or X5? Aren't they both 4x4's?
4. The people making the video are even worse and deserve their house collapsing around them A La BFBC2 style for not helping.
5. Not helping and standing around laughing is even worse than that womans predicament.
6. It was funny though.

LOL I certainly wouldn't have helped. For one, the silly bitch shouldn't be out on the road if she doesn't know how to drive. It's funny when it's rolling slowly into someone's house, but it's not so funny when she goes careering out of a junction into a main road. And she's probably only going to get her hair done.
If you want to learn to drive in the snow, go and find an empty car park or something and throw your car around a bit. Learn what you can and can't get away with.
And I was gonna make another thread entitled "stupid bitches" but this thread seems apt enough to make the point. This woman only applies one out of two, but still... inches of snow, fucking freezing temperatures and these vain tarts are still wearing short skirts and heels LMAO. They look good (usually) but you know they'll be moaning later...

i will agree the video maker doesnt help himself by laughing his head off
for his own sake he could have stayed quiet and left it ambigious then if people had said anything he could have gone to help
it should be taught to new drivers how to drive in snow and ice even if its only theory.
if that was anyone on our street though i would offered to help after watching them struggle for a bit.
