Hmmm, sounds like Flashpoint 2 is going down the route of CoD, just like every other fucking monkey drone FPS. I really hope it retains it's hardcore edge to some level, as that was what I loved about the first one.
I'll still get it no doubt...but I pray it doesn't turn into yet another M4 whack-a-mole game.

The ps3 version was also the worst version of them all.

The physics were shit, terrain looked awful, vehicles were just plain bloody crap, the fps look was nasty.

I met hrobbie through flashpoint, i played one or two missions in co-op until the heli pick up bugged out on us and i sold it a few days later after about 1 month of playing it.
I was dissapointed really.

I hated the multiplayer (other than co-op).
I loved the campaign gameplay on hardcore though. Sure it looked ropey and vehicles were shit, but firefights after 40 minutes or sneaking around were properly intense knowing you could have to restart the mission through one random headshot.
Of course, tactics reduced that element of randomness, but didn't eliminate it. And some of the larger set pieces were pretty cool.
But hey - each to their own

there was a mission where you had to crawl into a base with your Ai squad.. you spend 5 minutes doing it and keeping your ai squad on the ground, then they randomly get up and fuck it all up lmao.. sniper 100m left,right bang bang and get shot to shit
