Why? Quickscoping is getting nerfed!
About fucking time, 6 games later and they have just realised it's a cheap and almost cheating way to play.

Josh Olin, Treyarch's community manager has been tweeting up a storm revealing that Treyarch intends to ban Quickscoping in the upcoming Call of Duty game: Black Ops. Last week videos of the latest Call of Duty game were leaked and demonstrated that Quickscoping was still possible but when asked about it Mr. Olin replied "No. Quickscoping is a cheap way to play. We’re specifically going to gimp Quickscoping, sorry. Play straight-up!"

When asked if he was joking Josh Olin made it very clear that Treyarch are against Quickscoping for the good of the community tweeting:”Nope. Quickscoping is way more annoying to a way larger group of people than the quickscoping community who loves to do it. #cheap”.

Players will now have to wait for the scope to be centred before opening fire..

They certainly are taking a a postive attitude against cheap way to play whther qscoping or campin for killstreaks, and i like it.

hmmm if it makes it better to play like this thats fine, to be fair i quick scoped a few people in MW2 but it was true panic fire at point blank range

not long till its out now, had a break for the past few days so hopefully will return in time for this. surprised i havent had much in terms of withdrawal symptems lol but need to have a crack at this game.
