I saw Tim Wright post a Delia Derbyshire video on FB and got to watching some early Doctor Who episodes on netflix.
And that lead me to The Tomorrow People

Tripods - Weren't they like 100 feet tall? If so then yes I remember it... vaguely.

Yeah, I'm thinking pissed Daz... And for the record, lying on your back, pissed up under a stool does not make it 100 feet tall, no matter how it looks
