well there isn't any games to create fond memories with recently, not like the old times on bfbc 1/2 and other games like demons souls and command and conquer.

BF3 and COD split people up here.
Shame like...so i ended up on dc universe.

very true, i tried to get into DCU sy but damn the update sizes and the fact it wasnt very accessible put me off.

when it comes down to BF vs COD now though ive matured in my view since ive had to play bf3 if people enjoy it thats fine but they ought to be more aware of what they are playing surely some people can see its the same thing year on out. that goes for a lot of games not just COD.

Also i used to love the ps3 games but i can do so much more on the pc now..however... alot of games a ruined by hacking, you get those hackers who are blatently obvious which affects everyone else playing, then you get those who just do it to help themselves and don't really cause to much issue, except that they all have unfair advantages.

That's the downside to pc gaming! If you feel like someones doing a bit to good, or you're like "fuck you asif" moment, they probably are using aimbots n other shitty cheats...one thing the ps3 has and that's none of that game spoiling shit!

I have been playing wwe 13 on ps3 though, i won a copy on facebook, the game is alright like lol.. but yeah - not many great games out right now, it's been quite dry this year i think... only a few decent games have popped up.

Maybe EA will release another bad company and bring the franchise back down to earth, who knows!

I guess there was the update which allowed Clans and friends. To form a clan, you have to pay with real money. Talk about being robbed. There was also this post from a ex-Moderator.

My forum account was hacked, my fault, they deleted a lot of posts. I was de-modded and banned, got my computer secure, re-modded and unbanned and took care of business as usual. Except their company is full of dumb fucks and didn't backup the forums at all. No backups whatsoever.

Sergay then took it upon himself to tell Kewk to demote me for my fuckup that could have been reversed if they were not so fucking stupid.

I then made a post on the forums about how I knew this was coming; and I was sorry and would not long be supporting a company that did not support their unpaid volunteer Moderators that spent over 100+ hours answering THEIR CUSTOMERS questions and concerns as well as relaying them the ideas the community had for their bullshit game.

I was then banned for making a "Rage quit" thread permanent and here is the even funnier part my in-game account banned under the excuse I requested a refund

So, since I didn't sign any sort of NDA for those fuckfaces here are some interesting facts.

WarZ is a direct port over from War Inc. They literally took the game and added NPCs, made a large map, and changed around camera angles and gun settings while adding more functionality and switching over some things. ALL ART however was actually done in-house by their amazing ART team. (Those were the best guys to know, they were in touch more with the community than Kewk)

They randomly ban accounts that have a certain amount of time spent playing in-game, knowing they are hooked on the game so they re-buy the game.

Their anti-hack is actually functional but here's the kicker..wanna know WHY their bans are TEMPORARY the first time around? 0.8% hacking? Try an EXTREMELY LARGE PORTION of the player base is hacking. If they banned everyone they'd have a mass refund issue on their hands, and no one to play their piss poor of an excuse game.

they plan to HALT DEVELOPMENT AND ABANDON THE GAME in SIX months if revenue is not enough for them (I.E. People are not buying GC and spending the fuck out of it) -- take note, if they do not get ENOUGH revenue. They will have enough revenue to pay for the game development for over a year at this point in time already, but if they don't get enough to give themselves regular raises they will stop making the game and shut down the servers and website."

Makes me a bit worried.

I've just fired up the game and I can't login any more, and it's saying I can't play because the serial code is in use.
Something is fucked up.

I haven't even run the update on this for nearly a month let alone played the game.
It might look nice and all, but DayZ has an edge to it that War Z doesn't have.

I've just reinstalled the game and it's working. It seems my account was deleted, so I made a new account with a new email address. 1 minute later I get an email with my serial code?

Anyway just reading online and I've found that there is enormous controversy over this game, even MCV are writing about it and it's kicking off on the steam forums because the public can't vent on the official forums without getting a ban from the forum and in game.

Also the game has now been released on Steam
And a big negative? It's cheaper on steam than through the official site.
You can use your existing code to download the steam version, but my code isn't working.
