It's getting there at last. To be honest, I didn't realise how much I already had, it was all just thrown in to the cupboard under the stairs.
I Still need:
1. first aid kits
2. backup medications
3. charcoal and sand for water filtration
4. Solar Projects
5. Wind power
6. Lead acid batteries
7. 1000w inverter 12/24v Image
8. T.P. for my bunghole Image
9. Dual fuel fireplace (coal and wood)

I already have an iPad/phone solar charger with dozens of ebooks on all imaginable topics, from baking, to carpentry, to energy capture, to water sequestration and filtration.

Colour me insane, but the more I read and hear about the cutbacks that the government makes, I think I can't get my shit together quick enough.

I've doubled my stash, but since I'm moving house it's all packed away.
I could do with double again.

Now you need a boat. In a crisis the last thing you want is to be stuck on an island full of hysterical survivors trying to hold on to a living. Also, when you're sitting on a pile of supplies you're bound to attract people that want a slice of that cake. And unless you live in an atomic bunker, no way you'll keep them out.
