Are Microsoft Servers as slow as Sonys?

I always put PSN down to my ISP for years.
Am on a 35MB connection, and wtf!!!!!!!
4 minutes to download 11MB
SERIOUS!!!
PSN+ Should have a Uncapped download speed.
Is microsoft just as bad (Xbox)

Actually i want to smash the PS3 up,
Wow a day of turning it on, and its pissing me off, I see why it was a dust collector.
I just decide Ohhh lets put on this Vidzone, while am cleaning the kitchen, some music and videos perfect......
WTF!!!! like 15 minutes to start it, then how loong to buffer some faggot images,
And erm...... NO MUSIC!!!

Yeah I had problems withslow download of patches. Solution? If you see it giving you shit estimated time, cancel and restart download, usually takes 1 more try.
