LOOKS LIKE it's gunna turn into a churn out games for the sake of it franchise.. i am a bit dissapointed.

Im surprised how well bc2 netcode holds. They removed tons of servers so now you play with everyone from all over the world and on random servers too. Apart from occasional rage inducing hit detection you can still kill and evwn knife people. It is a lottery but i think it is essential part of why this game is addictive. You get pwned by noobs occasionally, but thennothing feels better cutting their heads and shitting down their throats in the next round LOL. I am not even going to bother with bf4.

The problem with churning out sequels year after year is that the game engine doesn't change enough to be the next game standard.

BF2-BFBC1 was a long wait, what was it about 5 years? BFBC1 introduced semi destructive buildings.
BFBC 2 brought us total destruction.
BF 3 only gave us jets and lush graphics.
BF 4 will no doubt be map packs for BF3

They cant even do good maps any more. Bf4 wont be battlefield either. Dont care i will be modding for arma 3.

Had 12 vs 11 gamrs on vietnam few times lately on infantry maps too, so unisual. Lots of new players.

BF3 while good in my eyes was far too serious and far too harsh. The bad company series has a fun factor to it. EA should have given us Bad Company 3 but nope they are now going to follow Activisions way of doing things and churn out things annually, this can only hurt the franchise in my opinion.

FPS are becoming pretty stale now, even 12 months ago they were already getting stale but thats another topic....

Pud, blame yourself for supporting BF3. They look at telemetry like crazy, and you are just +1 towards the BF3 success.
