Fuck me this is fast, 720p video, to 720p video fit for my ipad: 15 minutes!
1080p to 720p, again for my ipad: 40 minutes.
If you have a decent nvidia graphics card that supports CUDA, then you can turn it on and get parallel processing to massively boost the encoding speed.
