Samuel is instructed by Jordan to hire a body guard for insurance purposes, which Samuel does. Only problem is, this one is an alcholic ex-special forces body guard.
The job Creasy has is to guard Pita, but Pita wants more than a body guard, she wants a friend. Creasy really doesn't want to work, and he definitely doesn't want a friend. But Pita eventually breaks through his defenses and softens the big man.
When Pita is eventually kidnapped and ransomed, the family, authorities and the kidnappers didn't bargain on an unstoppable (see what I did there

) train. Someone who would rather die than put Pita's life in any more danger.
Overall a brilliant film, probably one of Denzel Washington's best, it does drag a little at times, but that's because this isn't just an action film, and everything that happens is for a reason. Still I want the film to flow a little faster.
The performances from all the actors is straight from the top drawer, Marc Antony, Rhada Mitchel, Christopher Walken, Dakota Fanning, Giancarlo Giannini, and Mickey Rourke all make for a stunning cast and all put in their best.
Given the build up, I would have hoped the ending would be a little more positive, but in fairness, that's not the world that Creasy lives in, but he still gets what he wants, the safe return of Pita.
Rhada Mitchell, was fantastic as a mother in distress, Marc Anthony as her husband wants to kill everyone involved, and their lawyer Mickey Rourke just wants a quick buck. Denzel as their body guard wants nothing but Pita safe, and he's the only man to do it.
Overall 9/10
Sterling cast, all their best, even if Christopher Walken and Mickey Rourke only have small parts, they still do what they're meant to do.
