So they go to how much effort to block a single site.....

that can be A. Accessed via Free Public online Proxys
B. Use a alternative site....

Me lol!!!
I use it from time to time, i just go on my phone, hit the magnetic link, launch the torrent app on my copy, copy the magnetic link and use it on my Laptop LOL!

Nuggets!

time for a tunnel
this doesn't make it impossible to browse the pirate bay, it just makes it less convenient

lol, didn't know about the other domains :D
Cheers Dave

I went to Bethere forums and they're all talking about VPN's and Tor
for £5 a month for a VPN I figure I might as well get access to newzbins and cut out TPB all together.

The ISPs are not going the break their backs to actually block customers from those sites (Pirate Bay is first, but I bet there'll be more to follow). They just want to be able to tell the court or whoever is ordering it that they've done as asked.

It's up to the court to specifically ask for all others domains and means of access to be blocked. After all, it's the legal lot that use the specific, anally pedantic language, so why not play them at their own game? Especially if it may lose you business ;)
