ffs!!! no idea!!!
Seems any content that goes in that directory is cleared straight away!!!!!!!
Going to have to look tomorrow, dont know what has happened
dont know why it is doing what it is doing

permissions had changed on the folder to not read or right access.
Anyway all sorted now

somthing is still wrong, it's taking around 30-45 seconds to load the blog

Yes it will do for a little untill the sites caches properly
Had to clear down ALOT of it.

It was only permissions in the theme folder,
I swore i changed them for global accesses, i must of only done it for owner, and thats why everything looked correct for me.
