Need feedback ASAP

Kinda want some feedback before I post this.
DICE can you please stop being so hard to get information out of this isn't the sword in the stone, it shouldn't be this hard to give your console community feedback on issues such as Input Lag, VOIP and various other fixes. Even letting the 360 guys know when they can expect (roughly I know ETAs aren't your thing) the patch we received on the PS3 over a week ago even a little thing like "before the end of the year" would be better than what we are all getting at this moment.
Simple things do the job forexample the recent PC notes including a simple: "the majority of these fixes will make there way to consoles in the future" would have done.
We shouldn't have to almost beg over twitter regarding PS3 VOIP or input lag or scrape information out of podcasts (I love what the DRMB guys do and mean no disrespect to them at all but getting information out this way is inefficient and only lets a small number of people know) go make a blog post regarding it (battle log or the standard BF blog), hell take it a step further ask for a post on the EU and US playstation blogs acknowledging the issues and letting the wider community know that you are working on it. Not just the small subset of players that frequent these forums/listen to podcasts.
You seem very intent on getting feedback from the community which is great but when it comes to communicating with some of us on issues we are left behind PC and basically ignored unless we ask it shouldn't be like it that your leaving stuff in limbo when you should be proactively communicating with all sections of your community not just a single platform.

Joking aside I would list the reasons why you think tweeting and general vagueness is wrong.
Suggest an alternative that will greet more players with the info we need.
Things like the ingame feeds to provide info to the player.
A universal website to add feedback to dice.
Criticise by all means, but try to be constructive, and positive, they're more likely to listen. Let's not forget dice are taking a lot of shit at the moment from the community, another post Lethe one above and it'll probably be ignored.

They have getsatisfaction (who the fuck came up with that name) but they aren't being very quick about moving on feedback they take it in and stay silent till asked it seems.
I'll work the in-game ticker in though.
I feel the blog stuff still stands though I all i've seen on atleast the PS blogs is news about karkand nothing about acknowledging anything issues or letting more people know they are working on things.
Most of the information gathered so far is from twitter postings, podcasts or forums posts which I think is a very narrow approach to giving feeekback to a wide playerbase.

I think you're wasting you're time personally. To tell the truth, DICE would have to say something like "well, our programmers are a bit crap, so we don't know when, if ever, these issues will be fixed. If they can't even display the correct win/lose screen, you think they can solve anything more complex?"
