I just can't work out how much to lead by - getting hits with the cannon is so hard. And even then, I only score points for vehicle disables, and never the kill. I've unlocked AA missiles now though, so I'm going to be chopper-bane
Since I unlocked missiles I unlocked the next two upgrades in the same game LMAO.
Missile tip: fire both at once.
EDIT: P.S. my new favourite pass time is getting road kills in jets by flying into the people I just made eject

Ive actually got the hang of it now, and im surprised that you the mess hall ace flyboy has a hard time
the thing i hate is the hit marker becomes pretty hard to see in the cockpit
also the cockpit shakes like a dog having a shit
UPDATE OMG you can road kill people in the jet?
THAT IS SO TOTALLY NINJA

Well - that's the problem. White HUD on a grey plane = who the fuck knows if you're hitting anything? Without feedback how are you supposed to know? There's no noise or other visual effect...

LOL yup - and it's so satisfying. You have to hit the actual person - the parachute has no collision on it. It's serves the twat right to be honest. I always HALO if it comes to it.
Tip: don't fly when it's laggy

Yer i Enjoy flying
Only issue i have, is i have been flying with Dodgy controls for Ages (Configured them Wrong)
And i found a setting i am comfortable with now, and flying is a breeze, Only problem is when Pressure is on, i fly my Jet thinking the controls are set the old way)
if that makes any sense, so instead of pulling up, i end up doing a nose dive etc etc
Anyway now i have the Jet, i just need to figure out my controls for the Chopper!!!
LMAO!!! every time i get in it, i kamakazzzeeee it to the ground lol

jets are easy peasy, tried it for the first time on Saturday... no problem at all.
Played the co-op mission with Chris yesterday and got the hand of the chopper in no time.

ripped it up with the jets tonight despite the lag i also managed to get stuck to the ceiling of the map as well a few times which was both frustrating and amusing
i actually think now that jets wouldnt have been missed on caspien, you wizz around too quick to engage most things other than fellow jets, until everyone has unlocked ground attack options your no threat to anyone really

The Heat Seekers are proper pissing me off they never seem to bag kills only disables and a couple of times i've got a lock fired and got nothing back despite knowing the other doesn't have flairs.
Dam air ribbon.

ive had more kills in out and out dogfights with the Machine Guns, it locks so slowly sometimes that you pass the target before you can fire
