i think people moaning about RDR is bullshit personally you dont have to chuffing ride everywhere! thats why they have stagecoaches! and the campfire system! ffs people think!

as for not finishing games there are only a few i havnt finished recently

Need For Speed Underground 2 - just got bored of it driving around finding races made me fed up, i know irony considering i finished Burnout paradise!

Resistance: FOM - i just wasnt enjoying it, i got clobbered everytime i came up agaisnt even 1 chimera and the story despite having a good premise did not pull me in.

The only people that finish games are people who hunger for trophies i think.
I have shelves full of games from various platforms which i never get round to completing.

It's not because of the campaign lengths though, more so most of them only serve me for multiplayer, and i am happy with that.
If some guy wants to spend hours playing easy, medium, hard, super hard and all that to get the trophies and still enjoy playing it, then good on them.

The only game i really enjoyed and finished due to the story was darksiders.
But i do find alot of SP game storylines quite cheesy xD

I think it goes the other way around though. At least in my case. I've always finished game. Often playing them through on multiple difficulties. Or maxing power ups or whatever progressive system the game has.

But the introduction of trophies gives me a rigid definition for completion now, instead of my own self-made goals.

I see it as being about value for money. I'm getting better value putting 40 hours into a game than the next guy who only plays it for 10. But the guy playing for 10 is ploughing more money into the games industry than me, so good on him.

I've put 1500 hours into multiplayer for battlefield bc2 though lol.
got my monies worth which also goes to show why i support online passes for the future

well i know i dont finish games for trophies i finish it for the story, and the accomplishment, you know me guys im no trophy whore

I finished Killzone 1/2 and Liberation, MGS4, CoD4, BFBC1 and BFBC2, and I absolutely don't give a monkey about trophies.
