We have all played games here for a long time...
I think i have spent more time playing on the computer and console than i have reading books, exercising and spent more money on games/consoles/pc's than i have on anything else, pretty sad really...

depends on your perspective, I've enjoyed it all for the most part.
I probably wouldn't have done the other stuff anyway!

^Yep, what Daz said.
I had fun doing it, and would do it again.
I don't consider it sad, even if others do.
IMO Buying 2 games and caning them for a month is much better value for money than going out drinking and pissing the same money up a wall somewhere. I consider giving yourself mild food poisoning (i.e. a hangover) and spending a day in bed for the sake of an evening sad myself.

If you're having a good time, it's not wasted time.
That's my philosophy anyway...

Am going to poke me nose in this one haha!!
I agree it was fun!! but am bored to shit of it!!
I actually dont mind going out! spending god knows how much on a Wild nite out!! meeting loads of new people!! getting my end away!!
An to the question of a hang over!! the cure i found for that on Holiday is to drink 6 bottles of water before you nite is over to flush it out of your system, (Last hour or something)
I woke up most morning feeling amazing!!!
Anyway i do agree where some of your are coming from! but my view on it is different!!
I think my PS3 has more dust on it than my N64 console in the loft

gaming has become a bit stale for me, you get good games every now and again, Mass Effect 2 just recently brightened up my gaming life, but my multiplayer experience has been wanting recently.
just balance things out and your fine! i work a fair bit through the week, i go out cycling, driving, and i usually go out at least once a week to the pub with pals so lifes reasonable varied for me at the moment! so i dont rely on gaming as my chief form of entertainment in life
Infinites thats a damn good philosphy
