Just watchd it this morning, Dom really stuck it to Dixons customer services, and I can tell you, it's just as bad from the inside as it is for customers on the outside.
Customer services is appalling, always has been, always will be.
It was fascinating to watch though, the number of mistakes Curry's made was completely normal, they even game one person the wrong paperwork giving him MORE rights than Currys intended, but still wouldn't honour them.
The customer service manager at headoffice had little idea of what whe was talking about, and in the next telephone meeting with Dom she insisted on not being recorded and the insisted in having a lawyer help her out by her side.
Go on Dom, give it to the bastards.
