Both my computers have packed in....

my gaming rig has fucked, the mobo knackered and also caused something to go wrong with the monitor which was a Samsung 22" syncmaster.

The monitor is dead my i5-750 is dead.. mobo is also dead.

for the price it will cost to me to replace these, i might aswell build a new rig with the extra bits that are left.

then o top that off.. the laptop i am using now ha about an hour of life in it, the fan has fucked and it can't cool itself down...for replacement i would have to replace the entire motherboard which works out about £200 lmfao, not worth it..and also the keyboard is knackered and even though o repace keyboard is only £20, what is the point>?

Gunna get some parts today and start building a new pc, just in time for bf3 ...

What makes you think you would have to replace the Motherboard?

If you dont want to payout for a New lappy, and consider repairing it,
I do carry out a-lot of Laptop repairs.
And would be happy to take a look at no charge. Just cover P&P


For your Keyboard, you might be lucky, i have 5 different types of Keyboards and they all work.
One might fit yours?
There is not that many different types of keyboards.

i have a keyboard replacement coming ( i ordered in the week for £20) but the mobo problem is the fan has cooked some of it [mobo] and i keep getting allsorts of problems, it isn't repairble i think by looking that a quarter of the mobo is cooked, the fan hasn't been working for about 3 days, without being able to get rid of hot air it's just making it worse... unfortunetly.

I'm gunna go n get parts for a pc, i have £700-50 cash in hand, so i should get a nice setup now.

yeah had alot of power surgess this past month, also power cuts, i think the monitor packed in for that, just coincidence i happed to turn it on today.

hmmm we had a power blip t'other day i wouldnt have noticed unless i'd have been on my computer and my neighbours alarm hadnt gone off

ordered all the shit yesterday and because of so many transactions the bank refused them all today ffs.

So i have had to go through 10 people to get them all authroised, a ballache... bank declining because they thought fraud was going on compared to the history of the account.

All of a sudden a few hundred come out on he card and they think it's a crime lol, it is a good job though, because it could of been someone else robbing me for all they knew.

Just felt a bit of a tit trying to explain all this to the shops/webs i bought items from.

Yeah, annoying as it is when it's legit, it's good the banks take such steps. Of course they don't do it for you - they do it to save the money they lose when you claim it's fraud. Still, works in your favour - if it actually is fraud.

got my new pc up n running, just awaiting a monitor to be delivered...im using a shitty monitor at the moment.. eww 15 inch - it's nasty.

But at least i can config stuff with it, which is the main thing.
