I'm already downloading Dead Space 2, LBP 2, Mass Effect 2, and Risk Factions, but they're all from the USA store.
It's now 5pm+ and still no update.
Yawn!

I tend to think that 3-4pm is a bonus, while 4-5pm is the norm.
Maybe they should set a definitive time each week and stick to it.
Say 6pm, then people will know what time to start hammering the store.
BTW, I've just downloaded the 134kb unlock for it, but you need to use the search.
