Ordered from shopto on 9th, still not here.
Shopto don't any longer accept order claims until 15 days after purchase now aswell, so gotta wait to claim.. booo.

I always used to use UKMAIL for 1.99 but they stopped it.
Can't rely on this royal mail, they do me nut in!

I've not had anything go missing, but I am still waiting for some prezzies from America, and a jailbreak dongle from China.

Too bad, but I hear the ShopTo do have excellent customer services.

Not had one go missing from ShopTo

But have had things go walkie s from LoveFilm.

Asked for 2 games from them! that never come, to i spoke to them and they sent the same ones out again! "received next day"
a week or 2 later i received them same games in the post Bonus.
So i fort i would keep them!!

a couple of months later, i sent back a DVD and a Game, that never arrived there.

I ordered Soprano's box set for my brother for Xmas from Amazon. It's a tracked delivery, and it's about £50 worth.

Amazon tracking reckon "Order has been handed over to the carrier and is in transit - Dec 08, 2010 9:45:42 PM".

Royal Mail's tracking reckon "The sender has advised us that item xxxxxxxxxxxxx will be posted into the Royal Mail network on the 2010-12-08".
