I got an email from Lovefilm telling me to use it on my PS3?

But i never seen no icon for it yesterday?
And when i look online it says its already on the PS3?

Can anyone confirm this?

I have an account already and was able to watch stuff for free.

Am a little pissed that i can only watch X time online on the PS3, when i dont have that limit on the Web Account.....

But a nice feature if i want something to quickly pass the time

If think it said I have 4 hours of watch time. Unless subscription is renewed 26th november.
You click on a film n confirm it u get 48 hours to watch it.
The lenth of the film comes off ur monthly aloance.

Its steamed. I think blueray / hd you have to order for disc.

seen the icon all week, how much do u pay for watching a film on it?

And how long does it have to buffer for to stream an HD film? Yikes!

On my internet connection it would probably have to buffer 70 minutes of a 90 minute film LOL

I would guess you need a Package that lets you watch online

I have the Games (with DVD & Blu-ray) Package that is 9.99 a month.
And i can watch online, and it works on the PS3.

BUT!!

i can watch online (From my PC for free. for as long as i like)
When i go onto the PS3, i only get so many hours of online watching per month
Like 4 hours or so month i think.

With it being like that, i question if you just need a Basic package and you get the feature.
Someone who does not have a Game package and just the Normal DVD package needs to verify they can use this feature.


In regards to buffering, for me it was a instant play.
waited maybe 5 seconds. fast forward works well.
I never attempted a HD film
But am not 100% if it lets you steam Blueray / HD content not yet anyway.

I will find a film thats Blueray and try it see if it gives me a option of normal or HD.

But i am guessing Blueray / HD you have to order the disc copy.


Its nothing amazing, but if you already have a package with them, and you want to watch something to pass the times it ideal
