Why? Quickscoping is getting nerfed!

So now there's NO point in playing as a sniper, as if the teeny tiny maps would have.Josh Olin, Treyarch's community manager has been tweeting up a storm revealing that Treyarch intends to ban Quickscoping in the upcoming Call of Duty game: Black Ops. Last week videos of the latest Call of Duty game were leaked and demonstrated that Quickscoping was still possible but when asked about it Mr. Olin replied "No. Quickscoping is a cheap way to play. We’re specifically going to gimp Quickscoping, sorry. Play straight-up!"
When asked if he was joking Josh Olin made it very clear that Treyarch are against Quickscoping for the good of the community tweeting:”Nope. Quickscoping is way more annoying to a way larger group of people than the quickscoping community who loves to do it. #cheap”.
Players will now have to wait for the scope to be centred before opening fire..
