The Mess Hall

So here is the official thread.

Battlefield Bad Company, After looking at the packaging for 2 days then being away for a further 2 days,
was the wait worth it?

Well Yes, the game is freaking amazing!
Graphics are like so much better,
Maps Are Amazing!

I only really got to play Conquest last night as i was with Sys and Clint,
Had a couple of games of Rush but mainly Conquest.

I really do like it, But i find a couple of things that still annoy me!

* Disconnecting from EA Servers and PSN from time to time Aware of teething issues
* No Status Information on reloading time on Jdam and Mortar Strike Etc
* No Health Bar
* No Information on remaining rockets in the chopper

Other than this, well done!!

They Sorted the squads out. Being able to leave and rejoin ingame,
squad chat works ingame Wooot!!!!!


So on the launch of the mostly anticipated game of the year for the mess hall crew

i think it is now time to put are heads together and lets give mess hall and wave to the pubic!!
Lets show them what where made of!
Lets get our name around

(At the home screen where we have FPS and Fighting games etc can we have Battlefield

Myself i always fort that was the home of Mess Hall.

All Members MUST!!!!! Wear there Clan Tags at all time!!
This is serious shit now boys

And with the feature of Clan Matches, i think it would be Nice and a good idea to get some practise in and get some games sorted with other clans,
Could be a good way again to get our name around!!!!

Single player is good too.
I was playing very well yesterday morning, but then started to get completely owned on every single game I played.
Thats why I did'nt play for long last night, it was all going so badly.

As for yesterday afternoon, we had guests and my sister (Chris's mom) dropped by, so I was'nt ignoring the messages to play, 'cos I was'nt here to play them.

last night was fun, joined on dave and found he, sy and clint were on the opposition, got into a chopper but had no gunner so was flying around getting used to the controls, saw a sniper on the ground and gently did a roadkill on him, it was clint (lol), presumably he couldn't hear a great big f**k off chopper behind him!

new match starts, i get pwned by sy and dave, so screw that and left game

got a few disconnections off psn and ea servers

got back on and played with astro and ninja till like 1pm

happy days

it just occurred to me, if we on different team we can use MH1 MH2 as clan tags or is that just stupid!

Nar i think just MH shows where one big group,
MW1 and MW2 well kinda confusing especialy when you get moved over the other side..

Yer me and sys where pissing ourself laughing when killing you,
Was like super long moving headshots,

lol at seddon!

He came over to the uav in the hind helicopter, basically trying to kill me in the uav operator desk.. i was shooting his heli.. then he bailed with his gunner.. then i kill them both with m60 headshots and t bagged them.. rrofl!!!!!!!!

Got on actama desert and some guy called taylonator_3000 was being a fooooookin noob blowing up helis/tanks and trying to ghosty run me over, he cost our team that match - as the enemy heli came over n started pinning us all to the main base.

playing with astro and ninja last night on isle innocent

some numpty called North_London_99 (or something like that) sent me message over psn saying "defend you noob", i reply with "lol", i'm playing as medic healing people and shit as they get killed, correct me if i'm wrong but defending is not just shooting people, the muppet gets himself killed, i revive him, the game goes on, i come first or second overall, scoring twice as much as North_London_99, i sends him a message saying "you pwned with that score" and he sends me a request to add him as a friend!

i love this game

it brings out the worst in people who certainly take the game far too seriously

Its Battlefield all over again Woot Woot!!!!!!!!!!

Well I have had tons of server issues but its still worth all the agro.

Played a squad rush game on Sat - it ended up being 1 on 1. Me defending. Cant remember map - a jungley one.
Both of us were snipers and it got very nervey. inching round corners waiting to be shot at. I parked myself at the end of the longest road and waited for him to cross my path. He did, from the other end of the map practically, but managed a head shot as he ran for cover.
Class game.

Also managed to take a chopper down with RPG, complete fluke as missile must have been flying for 5 seconds - but fun.

I take it the clan badge is "MH" -

He tagged it, and it flew to the other side of the map (The desert map with like a ship in the middle of it)

Anyway it locked on and i fired, the chopper continued to fly to his base, so we where at our base he was at his base and it took down the chopper kinda funnys!

was great fun last night, too much vino for me though!! was good to watch the vets in action!!;)

just had a few good rounds of CQ with Chrisdfa (no relation) and Ninja-Welshman.
Nice to see my getting pwned streak has finally ended.

Soo.... lol should i mention the knifing frenzy (thanks for that again ) and pwnage we handed out or leave that to you Daz, Dave, Seddon and Cody? :XD

knifing is'nt a problem, glad you got the trophy for it.
What annoyed the hell out of me was the chopper.
It's impossible to shoot down without a VERY lucky RPG, or a 50.cal emplacement.
No other weapons seem to have any impact at all. Even LMG's dont do a thing, and thats the problem. There is only 1 50.cal machine gun and that does'nt point high enough.
Also, the light tank is'nt equiped with anti-air. Amazingly, YOUR base gets that along with the gunship. So with one decent pilot, and a gunner who knows what to do, it's impossible to get through to the next two crates.

I think it's an imbalance that needs addressing.
You can play totaly shit for 4 crates, but once you get a decent pilot, it's rapage.

Is this in response to SY raping us last night?
